Acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale
By confirming his order on the site, the customer declares to have read and accepted without reservation the present general conditions.

Creation of an account
Prior to any order, the customer creates a user account on the website by filling in the form with the necessary identification information. The user name and password, which are personal and confidential, will then be used to identify the customer. The customer accepts that his username and password are sufficient to prove his identity.

Order Confirmation
A summary document of the order is sent by e-mail to the customer. The MOREL family remains the owner of the goods until full payment is received.

Sale price
The price of the goods is mentioned in Swiss francs, net, including VAT. The price published at the time of the order is binding.

Means of payment
The customer pays by payment slip. The invoice is sent to the customer when the order is sent and is payable net within 30 days. The first purchase must be paid in advance.

Collection of the wine from the cellar
When ordering, the customer indicates the date on which he/she wishes to pick up his/her goods.

Home delivery within 10 days
Available items are shipped within a maximum of 10 days. Up to 24 bottles will be sent by Swiss Post and from 24 bottles onwards by OenoLog SA. The price of the deliveries corresponds to the rates fixed by the Post Office and Oenolog SA and are re-invoiced to the customer by the MOREL family. The delivery costs calculated on the website are only an estimate, the actual cost being indicated on the invoice.

Delivery costs are free for any single purchase of 60 bottles or more. The seller is not responsible for any delay, loss or theft of the goods during the delivery.

Free delivery rounds
Delivery tours are organized 4 times a year throughout Switzerland, free of charge. These deliveries take place at the end of April, June, September and November. The customer mentions this choice of delivery in his order and he will be contacted a few days before the tour in order to fix an appointment for the delivery of the goods.

The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the goods upon receipt. If he finds any defects for which the seller is responsible, he will notify the seller without delay. Otherwise, the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted.

Sale to minors
The law prohibits the sale of spirits, aperitifs and alcopops to persons under 18 years of age as well as the sale of wine, beer and cider to persons under 16 years of age. By confirming the order, the customer declares to have reached the minimum legal age.

Use of the data
The customer's personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to other companies under any circumstances.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
For the rest, the provisions of Swiss law apply, in particular Articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
